Return and Refund Policy 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

How to Start a Return:
Reach out through our contact page with your order number and a brief description of the problem. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be inspected by our team before any refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:
If exchanging due to damage or defect, we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement item. You’ll still need to cover return shipping for the original item. For product swaps, any price difference or extra shipping will be your responsibility.
